Silsan Decor refund policy abides by the Australian Consumer Law.

Online Purchases:

We do not offer refunds/exchange due to "CHANGE OF MIND". All sales are final. We are unable to process a return, credit note or refund for you. All items have been priced accordingly.

Please inspect the packaging of the item(s) as soon as they arrive, and if you notice any damage please make a note of it when signing for delivery. Please contact us immediately and within 3 days of receiving a damaged item with photos of the damage and the packaging. A refund, repair, or a replacement can be arranged. Please keep the original packaging just in case the item is to be re-packed.

In-store Purchases:

If bought in-store; We offer refunds/exchange for faulty or damaged item

We do not offer refunds/exchange after the box is open and item is used.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Contact Us.
